TOPCI Meeting/Event Request Form

To ensure maximum success of your proposed meeting/event, please note: 1) All meetings/events at Tabernacle of Praise Church International (TOPCI) must be approved. 2) Request should be submitted 30 to 45 days in advance. Please provide as much information as possible to ensure proper consideration, coordination and approval. 3) Request will be reviewed and you will be contacted verbally and/or in writing with the status of this request within 5 to 7 business days. 4) The submittal of your request does not guarantee approval. Your request is NOT approved until you receive confirmation of approval. Please do not advertise your event until you have received confirmation of approval. 5) Ministry meetings are to be scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays. Final approval of any speaker(s) is at the discretion of Pastors TJ and Shunnae McBride.
